Ik wilde een super vrolijke verjaardagskaart maken en ben dol op mijn nieuwe stempelset " Strike up the Band" van Die-Namics/My Favorite Things. Het kaartmodel kwam ik op internet tegen. Een basiskaart met een flap van links naar rechts en een weer een andere flap van rechts naar links, waardoor de kaart blijft staan en 3D wordt. Voor de Dutch Card Lovers challenge was het van belang iets met 'woodfineer' te gebruiken. Ik heb op een houten pijltje (van stampin up) " happy birthday"  gestempeld en sterren op de achtergrond gebruikt, allemaal van hout. The Octopode Factory Friday Challenge - Happy Birthday

The theme is "Happy Birthday" for this challenge. This is my favourite stamp ever, I've used it a lot and it is so much fun to work with this stamp again and again! I also love to give her a dress and I've made several dresses for her! I've put some glitters on the edges of the card and made a banner Come and play along to! "La vie en rose" decor

Ik houd van de Franse taal en ik houd van de Eiffeltoren. De Eiffeltoren heb ik altijd magisch gevonden. Ik kom heel graag in Parijs en probeer ieder jaar minimaal één keer daar naartoe te gaan (soms ook vaker). Dat zie je terug in mijn inrichting, maar ook zeker in mijn hobby’s. Ik kan ervan genieten om de Eiffeltoren, Franse teksten of mooie tekeningen terug te zien komen – dat roept mooie herinneringen op. Ik kan wegdromen bij al die leuke tripjes en mooie momenten. Een glimlach verschijnt direct op mijn gezicht. En daar gaat het toch om in het leven: liefde en gelukkig zijn. Afgelopen winter had ik met de Cricut een gingerbread-krans gemaakt.
